Guard Mike Miller is the only member of the lottery-bound Washington Wizards' current starting five who was in that group before the All-Star break. Conversely, the Denver Nuggets -- a team that has set its sights on reaching at least the Western Conference finals, sent two players, Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups, to Dallas to play in the game last weekend.
